It’s a new day, week, month, quarter, and season. Everything new rolled in one today. I’m excited, anxious, nervous, but most importantly hopeful about not only the new month, but also, the next three months.
I do have some goals, but I want them to be a surprise. Hope it brings my readers more joy and it helps them out more so with their mental health. I know my post are coming in slower than usual. I’m not giving up on yall and I hope you don’t give up on me.
The first 3 months of this year was rough and I didn’t think I was going to make it. I thought by the end of March I would breakdown. But writing “articles” on mental health helped me channel everything to help anyone in a similar situation.
Now that winter is over, I’m ready to bloom. I hope you are too! I know I post a video on how to achieve your goals within the first 90 days. However, if you were like me, and your 90 days were rocky, then I have another treat for you.
I created a video about how to create better habits less than a month. If you develop better habits, the more likely you will achieve your goals or improve you depression. So if you feel disappointed about the start of your 2019 and think it’s too late… Nope! You are wrong my friend!
